Description

The leaves of Variegated Scindapsus Rubicon are heart-shaped and feature a striking variegation pattern. The variegation consists of creamy-white to light yellow patches or marbling on a background of dark green. The leaves grow along vining stems, creating a cascading effect as the plant matures.
Scindapsus Rubicon can be propagated through stem cuttings. Select a healthy stem with several nodes and at least a few leaves.

CARE:

-Light:
Provide bright, indirect light for your Scindapsus Rubicon variegated plant. It can tolerate lower light conditions, but to maintain its vibrant variegation and promote healthy growth, it needs adequate light.
Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves and cause damage.

-Watering:
Allow the top inch or two of the soil to dry out between waterings. Scindapsus Rubicon variegated prefers slightly moist soil but is susceptible to root rot if overwatered.
Water thoroughly when watering, ensuring that excess water drains out of the pot.

-Soil:
Plant your Scindapsus Rubicon variegated in a well-draining, aerated potting mix. A mix formulated for aroids or tropical plants works well.
Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.

-Temperature:
Maintain temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C) for optimal growth. Scindapsus rubicon variegated prefers warmer temperatures but can tolerate slightly cooler conditions.
Protect the plant from cold drafts and sudden temperature fluctuations.

-Humidity:
Scindapsus Rubicon variegated appreciates higher humidity levels. If your home has low humidity, consider using a humidifier or placing the plant on a tray filled with pebbles and water.
Mist the leaves occasionally to increase humidity around the plant, but avoid misting excessively, as it can lead to fungal issues.

-Fertilizing:
Feed your Scindapsus Rubicon variegated with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer).
Reduce or stop fertilizing in the fall and winter when the plant's growth slows down.

-Support:
Provide support for the plant as it grows. You can use stakes or a moss pole to help it climb and maintain an attractive shape.

-Pruning:
Trim any leggy or yellowing stems to encourage bushier growth and maintain the plant's appearance.

-Potting and Repotting:
Repot your Scindapsus Rubicon variegated when it outgrows its current container or the soil becomes depleted. Repotting is typically done every 1-2 years.
Use fresh potting mix and a container that is slightly larger than the current one.

-Pest Control:
Keep an eye out for pests such as spider mites, aphids, or mealybugs. If you notice any pests, treat the plant promptly with insecticidal soap or neem oil.

NOTE: We prioritize the well-being of your plants throughout the delivery process, ensuring meticulous care from packaging to shipment.
