Nice plant. Under the circumstances of traveling so many days in a box through warehouses in cold weather, it arrived overall pretty well. Little struggle but believe it’ll rally.

Does not look like the picture at all. Broken stems with full leafs coming off. Im not sure if the company sent the plant this way or if the shipping was just that bad. But never again!

The plants look healthy, but they're all hanging over sideways to varying degrees. I'm guessing this is because they were shipped laying on their sides in the box? I'm assuming that they will straighten up before long, so we'll see. Otherwise, they seem pretty healthy.
Plant arrived sort of droopy which I guess is expected being wrapped up in a box for probably a week or more. A few of the leaves were broken but I think in time with some good lighting and a little water hopefully it will come around. It is however a nice looking plant.

Firstly, I want to give a shout out to the shop owner - the first of this plant died (I have a very non green thumb) and when I reached out to the owner for help, they immediately offered to make it right. I have been wanting to get more plants and just because of how much this shop is committed to them, this shop will be my first preference.
