ABOUT THE PLANT
Monstera Standleyana Albo well-known for their splash and sometimes half-moon variegation. They enjoy bright indirect light, the top inch of soil to dry between waterings, high humidity, and well draining soil.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive a cutting similar to the ones pictured

CARE TIPS
Light: A lot of queries are about how Monstera Standleyana leaves to curl. This is a sign of overexposure to light, and the leaves are likely pleading for assistance.

Water: Before watering the plant, make sure the surface of the soil is dehydrated. Monstera Standleyana prefers to be appropriately and generously watered.

Temperature: Our normal indoor temperatures are perfect for this tender tropical—they like from 65°F (18°C) to 75ºF (24ºC). They can take a couple of degrees more, but if their leaves start to curl the temperature is too high. 60ºF (15ºC) is pushing their lower limits.

Soil: Anything light and well-draining. Honestly, most soils that come pre-mixed in a bag labeled “houseplant” or “indoor plants” are probably totally fine.
Look for an organic fertilizer for your houseplants. It is recommended that you fertilize it three times a year since this will help it develop much faster.

Re-potting: Remember, re-potting is a stressful process for plants, so it's important to avoid disturbing the roots too much and to keep the soil consistently moist in the days following re-potting to help the plant recover.
Choose a pot that is one size larger than the current one. The new pot should have drainage holes to prevent water from accumulating in the soil.

Propagation: When planting the rooted cutting, make sure to use a well-draining potting mix and keep the soil consistently moist. Water it thoroughly after planting and place it in a bright, indirect light location. With proper care, the new plant should begin to grow and thrive.
